Who is this girl?

If anyone knows who this girl is, please tell me. She has done something with Marissa and replaced her with a wacky, strange version of herself! She seems to have a knack for knowing the newest fashion trends.. And for some reason, her eyes are always closed...but I do recognize that can of pop, I believe I started drinking it this morning before it got snagged....
